Great stay at Dreams Lodge Monteverde

We had a pleasant stay at the Dreams Lodge in Monteverde. The place is quiet, surrounded by greenery and allows to fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the rainforest, with lots of small animals. The family room was comfortable and clean (lots of bugs because of the small balcony). Breakfasts are hearty and made in the moment. We have a very good memory of this small hotel, ideal for reconnecting with nature. Only negative, the parking is a little small compared to the size of 4x4 vehicles. An address we recommend without hesitation for a peaceful stay in Costa Rica.

A great stay with lots of animals

We have recently returned from travelling across Costa Rica. As part of that we spent 3 nights at Dreams Lodge. It was a lovely stay. The lodge is very much a family concern, with young Sofia creating a small wildlife trail at the back of the lodge, which she was Keen to show us. Milady ensured the lodge was kept beautifully clean . It was also a haven for watching the monkeys and coati. The family were friendly, chatty and very helpful. All in all it was a great stay, discounting the unseasonably windy and rainy weather.
We would highly recommend it.

Nice stay in beautiful surroundings

Really a lovely place where we saw more animals in the hotel than in Cloud Forest. So sweet a host Milady, who serves really good breakfast that is freshly made. Located a little further from the city, but we went around to all the experiences nearby which is no problem if you like a good walk. Nice room where there is daily cleaning. Dreams Lodge is definitely a great recommendation.

A very nice family run hotel close to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and several other nature preserves and activities.
I stayed a week and would stay again.
A made-to-order breakfast is included and you can see Coati, Agouti, and numerous Costa Rican birds on the property.

Lovely 3 generational staff. Very welcoming. Limited amenities and cleanliness but fair for the price. 100 percent recommend!
