Great tucked away good deal!

Location is tucked away and feels very safe and quiet. The secure tall sliding wooden gate is closed at night. The people were so kind and friendly. The bungalows are just right and very clean. The pool is small but just fine for cooling off in and for kids to play in. They have a little bar restaurant on site and breakfast is provided. We thought this would be a perfect place for a family gathering where people have their own little bungalow and a place to have meals together. It is definitely an economical deal and we would stay here again!

Poor and aggressive customer service

We made a reservation 10 days before and when we arrived at the surprise place we didn't have a reservation. We talked to the receptionist and very easily he treated me as a liar because we didn't have a reservation. When I showed him the conversation I had with the lady on what's up, he told me that I had to wait about 2 hours for the manager to return the money to us without looking for a solution and without caring that we were going with children and it was late to go look for another place, he made us thrown out of the place ending almost in a fight. Now we were almost 6 hours from home without a room to past the night.

Enjoyed this quiet spot for our last night in Costa Rica

Beautifully finished cabin, comfortable bed, good restaurant, quaint and quiet setting. The pool was small but lovely, security was good. Price was very reasonable. The airport shuttle was the front desk guy who drove us to the airport - about a 25 minute ride for $40 US

CLEAN, QUIET AND FRIENDLY

Easy check-in with very helpful reception desk clerk Jorhay, leading to a beautiful cabin with a spotless room. Bed was comfortable, air con was great (in march) and pool, breakfast and restaurent were most appreciated.
Location: quiet location perfect for family or couples. Close to a river in which you can swim. 10 kn from town.
Owners even gave us a free ride to town free of charge!
****Forgot my wallet at the hotel the day of our departure and incredibly great host Jorhay took 1hr of his time to communicate with me via email and drove to the airport in order to give me back my wallet!!!***
What more can we ask from a host!?
Thanks again and we will def be back!

Better Than a Tent

Run down, poorly maintained and overpriced. AC worked well, beer cold. Other than that, bugs in the room, broken sink handles snd obviously uninterested management. After a night there, I was flirting with divorce. Really mediocre or worse.
