The air conditioner in my room was fine. I wouldn’t say it was ice cold, but it didn’t feel stuffy or sticky.
As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best. When I did change rooms, it was the exact same thing with the water, temp and showerhead. It may have been. The floor I was on

The hotel’s exterior appears inviting, but the interior is a completely different story. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with dirty walls and a nasty smell. Additionally, the 4th-floor room had a very bright lamp right outside the window, making it feel like daytime even during the night.
We requested extra blankets from the front desk, but they brought us bed sheets instead. Public transportation to the hotel is quite confusing, and there’s no fridge. The WiFi connection was unreliable, and the air conditioning was difficult to control.
To add to our discomfort, there was construction work going on at the end of the hall during the day.
