Outdated, but conveniently located.

This is not a HOTEL, it's pretty much an Inn (Big old house with rooms).
We were 5 people and booked 3 rooms through Expedia. This place DO NOT take CREDIT CARDS, the use HOTEL COLLECT by Expedia. We paid 50% before we arrived to an account (Scotiabank) given by the hotel, and the other 50% at the hotel when we arrived. (very inconvenient method to pay, but you shall encounter many properties in Colombia with this unfriendly way to get a reservation)
I must admit the location is the best that this place has to offer. It's AMAZING and CONVENIENTLY located, you are basically a few steps of everything. However, what you pay is what you get. It's very cheap for a reason, do not expect something good or luxury for the price.
The room that I was given was located on the second floor, bathroom was very outdated; if you take a shower the whole bathroom/restroom gets flooded. Sheets were stained, A/C (Window unit) worked pretty well, however the wire and electrical connection were very dangerous due to an improvised connection from the electrical socket to the A/C unit. Bed was comfortable.
The other 2 rooms were located on the first floor; one of them was up to today's standards, a TV, A/C (Split unit), etc. very good room. Unfortunately, the other room was worse than the one I was assigned, A/C was loud, the ceiling fan was about to fall, and the shower did not work properly.
Management is currently working on updating the rooms; so, probably if you are staying in this property you shall encounter a very nice room and a better stay than we did. I must admit we had a very good stay even though we had some issues with the outdated facilities, we had a pleasant stay due to the location.

Awful rooms

It may be the TOP 3 worst places I've ever been.
But the staff, who had not even a minimum of respect for the guests and played music at reception with the mobile with loud volume at 5 in the morning. Horrible rooms, bathrooms with bad toilet and lousy service

Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience.This hotel was disgusting I got sick in hotel, since be was not cleaned I believe I got some kind of skin reaction.It was annoyed that I wasted one night in this hotel , because they didn’t have the reserve agent right there , I think it happened because there were not enough staff on duty, I think it happened because there were not enough staff on duty, I should get my money back from that night

Stayed there a week

Do not stay at this hotel for any reason I paid for double occupancy and when my guest arrived they did not allow him into the hotel because I believe they did not like that he was black. I've never been so insulted by a hotel in my life and my guests are very important to me so this disrespect was unforgivable. And the beds were horribly uncomfortable no air conditioning or any facilities this place is an embarrassment.

Bezahlung war nur in bar möglich. Lage ist gut, ansonsten eher sehr basic. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage kosten Aufpreis.
