THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING AND DIDN'T REFUND MY MONEY

DON'T BOOK HERE!!!
I made the reservation in April/May, since June they have a sentence in which they cannot receive guests. They charged me the full amount and 5 days after my booking (in August) they inform me that they will not house me, with all that it entails, being already there in the country. They haven't paid me back to this day either. I have tried to contact them via phone, Whats App, email, Booking app, and nothing, without reply.

Deception and non-refund of money.

In July I paid for a reservation at this hotel and, on the day of my arrival, my accommodation was cancelled without prior notice. I was promised the money back, but today, September 15th, I still haven’t received the refund. I am a tourist, I traveled to Colombia to enjoy what they show on their page, and I feel very affected by this situation. If it's not a scam, I don't know what other name to give it.

WATCH OUT FOR SCAM!

Beware SCAM
Booked by Booking in June, the hotel is currently closed and has apparently been for several months. In addition we were charged 2 times of the total booking. We have written to Booking Customer Service and are waiting for feedback from them.

I lost my reservation without any information when I found out 3 days before going. He then gives a Gmail address it smells like a scam. Especially be careful

A real shame and scam.

This hotel has been closed for over a month and can still be booked on Booking!
We are warned the day before our departure to the tayrona park with few solutions of withdrawal...
