Zen

Eco Hostel Yuluka is a truly special place.
Set in a beautiful, serene environment, it feels very zen and deeply relaxing. The accommodation consists of separate little cabins, each with a hammock and only a mosquito net separating you from nature — a wonderful back-to-basics experience.
Daniel makes sure you never lack anything, always attentive and kind, and the girl in the kitchen prepares delicious food every day. Everything is done with a big smile, which makes the stay even more memorable.
A perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature.

I loved my stay at the Eco Hostal Yuluka, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, so helpful and lovely to talk to for advice and tips on onward travel. Mike was amazing, so helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing. The food was delicious and the rooms were stunning. Thank you so much for making my stay so memorable and welcoming.

Amazing

Our stay here was perfect. The little hut was located at the top in a canopy of trees. The bed was super comfy with lovely sheets and two pillows each. The shower was nice and hot. We saw an array of wildlife, birds, gecko and tiny lizards to huge Iguanas. The staff were super friendly especially Mike and Daniel with great advice. The food was also very good. The fact that it is on a busy road did not spoil it at all. Would recommend staying here instead of Minca.

Opinion:

My partner and I really liked the hostel, the very comfortable room, the very nice bathroom and an extra point the hot water, is a plus. As an improvement, we recommend not adding as much chlorine to the pool, as it felt quite strong. In addition they must improve on the dishes of the restaurant, the menu is very basic, they can improve with the Restaurant Service they provide. Everything else is fine. Super recommended for romantic getaways!!

Nice spot

Nice hostel, with spacious rooms we had the bathroom outside with bathtub. Having to take some steps before you get there... breakfast and dinner fine... staff friendly. You can use the fridge in the shared kitchen, a pity that there is not a small fridge in the room... furthermore the last night did not sleep a wink from the bar with loud music until 4.00 in the morning which is next to the hostel, hostel itself probably can not help it, but if this happens regularly that is very unfortunate because it is otherwise a lovely place.
