Bad experience, do not recommend it

Very bad the hotel, the rooms are full of moisture added to multiple leaks, the toilet is not good the bathrooms or look at them and do not stock basic toiletries like toilet paper. The overall customer service very bad, zero empathy, does not have the minimum willingness to offer good service with the guest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bad attention

This hotel is terrible, very dirty, full of humidity, they don't do daily cleaning, the stained yellow towels don't change the lines, the water goes out in the rooms, it smells of humidity, it takes 10 minutes to arrive standing for lunch even if they have They no longer serve food, the food is terrible. They save what they serve at night for the next day, they break into the rooms, if you go with children it is torture since they play music at full volume from 10 pm until the next day,,or you can rest,, Under the beds there is a lot of rubbish filth, the pool with water full of mushrooms and closed for health reasons and they do nothing to improve it, the food there gives gastroenteritis, as soon as I arrived from the walk I had to take the girl to the emergency room,,, It's the worst... I don't recommend it...

I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

I visited this site from December 10 to 14, 2023 but it is the worst of the hotels where I have stayed, food worse than in a big market square, cold, tasteless, portions enough to feed a baby, they give washing as a drain of fruits or fruits, there are no towels or blankets, dirt abounds in every corner, the pool is not to mention unclean, it is like another decoration because they do not allow its use and to complete this picture, terrible attention

We do not recommend it if you want to travel to San Andrés because the service is terrible and very bad, there are no towels, there are no mirrors

The food is horrendous, the pool is luxurious, why can't guests use it every day, egg for breakfast, very bad food, the dishes that the staff use are the ones they use in daycare centers. The service is bad, bad, even They steal your belongings and throw your towels in the trash if and even if a bed that is in poor condition is damaged, they want to charge you however they want and the lines are too dirty and even with yellow stains.

Vacation

The location of this hotel is great, in the middle of everything in San Andres. The maintenance personnel and the staff in the food area is also great.
The above is the great part of this hotel, the rest is in urgent need of improvement. This is the former Coral Flower hotel and some renovation is on going. Part of the hotel rooms are descent and part poor trash. We were given a completely appalling room upon check-in at this hotel. As a credit to the hotel, they did change our room to a better one after we complained to the travel agent (the hotel staff could not do anything upon receiving our complaint). We also experienced an energy cut upon arrival to this hotel, the explanation was that the whole center of the city was without energy but in reality it was only the hotel who was out of energy, this meant also no water in the toilet or shower, the energy appeared after a 4 hour waiting.
Most of the travelers here comes with a “all inclusive” food packet but in reality you are given one option. We opted to dine outside during the whole stay. There is no bar in this hotel even if there is sold packages with free flow drinks. The pool is indoor and small.
The room cleaning is done daily but change of towels only every second day. It also looks like the towels are high value items as you have to ask the staff to get right amount of towels corresponding to the amount of inhabitants in the room. The hotel is targeting beach travelers but it is not allowed to take the hotel towels to the beach, there are stores nearby where towels can be bought.
In our case this hotel was not the cheapest of the offerings we had so our experience was not fun at all.
At the moment this hotel doesn’t deserve any star rating. Please take your money somewhere else!!!
