The good: Incredibly clean, very friendly staff, comfortable and well located.
The bad: No air conditioner which means open windows. I was given a third floor room facing the street. It was so loud with folks walking, talking, partying, music, sirens and traffic, I barely slept. It was still better than closing the window and sweating.

Poor cost-benefit ratio.

Cost-benefit ratio. The hotel does not have the expected amenities for the price.
They have no air conditioning, no fan, just a bedside table, small TV only with clear, no amenities. At first we had a room to the street and it was very noisy because it is on a main avenue, in front there are liquor stores, people take in the street and it makes a lot of noise, then we were changed to an interior room, which improved, without being completely silent.
Breakfast is regular.
The staff is very good, friendly and willing to help. It's clean.

Very bad breakfast

Nice facilities but the service and quality of breakfast is abysmal. Too limited to be a long stay hotel. It's not buffet, they won't let you serve, it leaves a very ugly image because it looks like one was begging for food because you're paying.
