Most friendly, hospitable and clean place we have stayed in a long time! The breakfast was fresh and made to order. Will absolutely stay here again.

Very disappointed!

I would not stay at Piedra Luna in Cali, Colombia again. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The room had a serious ant problem — they were on the floors, walls, around the sink, and even coming from the toilet area. The owner blamed us for eating in the room, which was completely untrue. Even after the room was cleaned, the ants returned almost immediately.
Breakfast was also disappointing. It was not included, very limited, and we were served essentially the same meal every morning. On top of that, I was charged an extra fee because my husband accompanied me in the room, including additional breakfast charges. We ended up paying about $10 extra per day for both of us.
The hotel is also located on a very busy street, and there was not much nearby in terms of activities or attractions.
I will say that the staff members were very polite and respectful throughout our stay. However, due to the overall conditions and experience, my husband and I decided to check out early and relocate to another hotel in a more upscale area, where we were much more comfortable.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Room had tv with antenna programming, bed was comfortable, standing shower and decent sized built in closet. neighborhood is residential with some malls within walking distance and a small park in front but not much directly around. there were two hot tubs on the balcony that were empty. Breakfast made by hand, different choices of eggs, arepa, fruit, juice and instant coffee. reservation stated a welcome drink was an amenity but not given. Door is locked at night with no desk service and with no signage on how to reach someone to leave.
