Will be great when it's finished

We stayed two nights here as part of a Central Asia Tour. There's a lot of upgrading and renovation work going on at this Hotel. We stayed before it was complete. Only some of the rooms were habitable and ours lacked ac but we were given a decent fan which made it bearable. The rooms will be large, airy and well equipped when they are all completed and with it's good central location, this would be a good choice when all the work is done.
The staff are all very helpful and we enjoyed our breakfasts.

Hotel with dorm option

We stayed in a dorm for one night, other roommates were living there for a longer period. It was also popular with travelers. Facilities are not the greatest here, stuff is not too helpful, breakfast is ok

A great place to stay in Osh!

A great stay for business trips.
Location: Downtown, I used to walk to my work.
Rooms and food: Clean, cosy, great food. ACs in rooms, very stable Wi-Fi.
Staff: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Overall: Would definitely come back.

Great rooms

Main pluses for this place are the comfortable rooms, strong Wi-Fi and nice peaceful gardens. The standard of my room was definitely mid range and great after 10 days on the road though oddly it wasn’t cleaned and bed wasn’t made each day, just the bin emptied. The place offers a range of options. I thought the breakfast was ok - great value if you’re in the dorm or pitched your tent in the garden but you’d expect better if you’d paid for the better rooms.

Modern hotel in quiet area

After cycling the Pamir Highway, we chose this guesthouse to relax from 24 challenging days on the bike. It completely satisfied us.
Staff:
They are friendly and helpful and especially the receptionist speaks English very well.
Rooms and Amenities:
We booked a double room on the 2nd floor, which was just recently renovated. It was spacious, perfectly clean and up to all western standards. The beds were really comfortable. The included breakfast-buffet is a dream! There is a nice open-air area.
Location:
It's not nearby the city center and therefore comfortably quiet. It is a walk of about 1km to the bazaar.
Carry on like this, TES Guesthouse!
