A great stay

The view at the hotel was really great, as was the breakfast: a good Russian style. We liked the nice man at the reception, who helped us with information when needed.
It was clean with a rustique atmosphere. The yard in front of the house reminded of a stay at grandmas with lovely plants and wines.

Nice accommodations well off the highway in quiet atmosphere.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights reserved through Booking.com.
We had prearranged their 3 hour $60 transfer from FRU, arriving here at 11 PM. The caretaker, Vova paid the driver and escorted us to our ground floor Room #1. It was huge with dining table, couch, satellite TV (no English), queen bed with hard mattress, closet, shelf unit with refer/hot pot, and outfitted bathroom.
The housekeeper/cook, Irishka, prepared a different 7:30 AM breakfast each morning which was delicious and filling. She arranged a day trip ($58) to visit the Karakol tourist sites with her husband and a driver, while Vova drove us ($1.10) up to the petroglyphs.
We walked 600 meters, crossing the busy main highway, down a dirt lane to the shoreline of Lake Issyk-Kul, then along this road ~800 meters east to the local bazaar, and several groceries, one with an ATM.
The accommodating staff, good secure WIFI, and quiet sleeping make this a value hotel at $45/night.

Excellent Value for money.

I stayed at Panorama Hotel for 4 days. I had a private room (bathroom ensuite) and got a very good deal on it through booking.com. I had a long rectangular shaped room, simple and clean. My room had windows and doors, with ample sunlight. The hotel is mainly run by a mother and daughter who treat you like family. They are friendly, helpful and caring. They also prepare fresh breakfast for all the guests each morning. On the top floor is a pool table and a socialising space which would be nice when the hotel is busy. The city center is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel faces a long highway and seems to be in a residential area. If wifi is a big priority for you, you might not recieve full signal in your room, but sim cards with 4G internet are so cheap in Kyrgyzstan that its easier to be connected 24x7 by mobile. The hotel offered me great value for money, so I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

Nice small hotel with huge rooms and great views from upper floors. Very competitive pricing. The breakfast and lunch were superb and plentiful. Hosts very accommodating and did everything to make it an easy stay, including transport.

L'impression d'être dans une cabine

Nous n'avons rien apprécié De plus la réservation de Booking n'avait pas été notée
La taille chambre était minuscule avec les lits mis bout à bout. Pas de draps mais des couvre lits. Localisation par taxi très difficile. Présence d'une malheureuse chienne enchaînée.
Conclusion hors de prix pour un placard je ne comprend pas comment le book..peut-il proposer une telle chambre alors que l'hotel était vide et qu'il y avait d'autres chambres.
