My 2 night stay at Eagle Palace

The rooms are good, breakfast is awesome with various options and staff are friendly. Overall good experience and I would visit again.

Great stay

The eagle palace was a great, clean and comfortable stay for us in Nakuru. The rooms are big and have all the necessaties, the bathroom was also huge. We had to leave at 5.30 am in the morning and they arranged for breakfast to be possible at 5am, which we greatly appreciate! They helped us with all our questions and all the staff was most welcoming and helpful.

They have very poor customer service, the staff are inconsiderate and lack empathy. The whole atmosphere is Soul less!

Good choice

The rooms are very large and we had a small inconvenience but it was solved, I the problem I saw is the hot water that does not go well. The breakfast was also correct without excesses to be a 5 star.

MY VISIT TO NAKURU

Eagle Palace is best in Nakuru. Modern, clean and has spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is good, has alot of local food and fresh fruits. There is a reataurant next door and Naivas Supermarket is near. Staff are very friendly and help, the owner is excellent, he made sure i was comfortable during my stay. This was my 4th stay and am looking forward to come back soon.
