Beyond expectations...
Hospitality , professionalism and location that leaves you breathless.
White sand, clean sea and a wonderful saltwater pool.
Excellent food.
The apartments are very spacious and cared for in every detail. Impeccable hygiene.
But the real difference is the Italian staff... impossible not to be fascinated by their way of working. Professional, competent, always available and cheerful.
Bruno is the magician of cocktails, brilliant boy careful to satisfy every taste!
Managers Giuseppe and Luca were ubiquitous in the entire structure leaving nothing to chance. Thanks to them our stay was unforgettable.

Lunch at the resort
Had lunch with my boyfriend at the resort before my flight from Malindi. Very great ambience with an exceptional beach view…WE LOVED IT . Food was great and the mocktails amazing! Very warm and friendly staff. Hilary was amazing at the restaurant….they made us feel very SPECIAL! Definitely going back! We HIGHLY recommend

NEVER AGAIN
The Hotel is TERRIBLE!!! This is by far the worst hotel ever. I wouldn’t even give it one star. The restaurant always served the food undercooked or overcooked. Always arrived late & never on time. The hotel staff purposefully turned off our phone in our room so that we couldn’t complain to them. All room service arrived in minimum 2 hours. One time, me & my friend went to breakfast & we both ordered omelets. My omelet came in an hour & his in another hour. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!! The actual rooms aren’t better with a certain mood reminding me of a small apartment in Russia during the Soviet Union. The reception was no better, when we arrived at the hotel, we had to register an email where a verification code had to arrive to my phone. Unfortunately, the hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working & I didn’t want to pay for expensive data in Kenya so I had to wait 4 hours under the sun before I could even visit my room. I am being honest, if you are someone who understands luxury hotels & expects at least a good experience, don’t even bother with this hotel. If any hotel management sees this, you should be ashamed of yourself. On a positive side, I met the chef of the restaurant who was very nice & made very nice sashimi out of the fish we caught during our fishing trip in the Hemingway hotel. (That was a much better hotel just from 1 hour we spent there) !!!FIX YOUR HOTEL!!!

Racist establishment
Experienced a lot of racial profiling. The staff were very rude and unhelpful, very poor service and barely any communication from the establishment.

The worst most frustrating experience
The worst experience I’ve experienced and so very frustrating and disappointing trip. We were booked by my son to celebrate our anniversary and it was the worst anniversary we’ve had. The rooms were fantastic but there was nothing body lotion and only brought when asked for. Then there was nothing body lotion creamer for tea coffee. We called them three times within half an hour and finally they called back saying they had run out and they could provide fresh milk instead which would be charged. Then the two nights we were there we were thrown into their sister hotel to go for dinner which had a dull atmosphere without any ambiance. We asked for rose wine which came after all the starters were over as they’d run out and had to go to the store in our hotel only to find. We were paying a premium price at our hotel so why were we pushed into a lower priced hotel to have dinner. The beach beds didn’t have towels as they’d run run out even though it was low season so hardly any guests. When I ordered a pinacolada on the beach it didn’t come for 45 minutes and I had to walk myself to the bar to find out what the delay was to be told they didn’t have all the ingredients to make it. The two days we were there there were so many things which went wrong and all they said was we are sorry
