Good rates, clean rooms, hot water, good customer service, decent wifi

I stayed in Rastopark for over a week and enjoyed my stay. It's nothing fancy but really good value for the price and a good, central location. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, the breakfast is pretty decent too

The hotel is okay but the staff lack courtesy. We requested for breakfast at 6 am, and the reception staff and Chef bluntantly refused. In his own words the Chef said" hiyo masaa ni ngumu, ninakaa mbali". I was lost for words.

Good hotel but the poor experience from some of the staff, they know nothing about courtesy.

Cost of accomodation is ok. The rooms are perfect but the staff's attitude to be specific, the waitress at the lounge in the hotel and house keepers attitude is pathetic. They made my partner and I feel like we were being done a favor. They were rude, we had to make our request at the restaurant over and over again. The response I got was that I should wait at the boss would think that they were not working. Was the restaurant full no. We were only four clients at that time. The waitress did have a name tag. She is not fat and she has shaved hair.Maybe the can learn a thing or two from the receptionist and the waitress at the restaurant outside the hotel but I think is still part of you.

Not a good idea to book online because I was not welcomed when I informed the Reception that I had booked and paid. I was summoned to the Managers office and questioned about my booking, payment and rate.
This was unfortunate as the staff are generally friendly. Food ok don't expect a great variety.
Stay here if you have to!
