An unforgettable holiday

It's a delight! In July 2025, the sisters' three families came together at the posh Radisson Hotel, Astana. The kids are thrilled! Family holidays were a success! We recommend it!

May have been acceptable 20 years ago

I wish I had believed the poor reviews this place is so old and dated, admittedly it is clean that is about it. The ‘gym’ may as well be in another town

Very good hotel

Nice Hotel with Great Service. However, I'm getting a bit worn and would benefit from a renovation. The breakfast you can skip was not very good.

Below average

This is not five stars, long past its prime. Shabby and the staff are indifferent. Hairs in the bathroom. Aircond not working as it should. No help with luggage at all. Limited access to the gym (old). The only positive thing is breakfast. Never again.

Holidays with a couple

Great hotel, I recommend. Spacious rooms, swimming pool, spa. The hotel is next to the river and has a wonderful view from the window. Thank you to the staff too, everyone at the top
