The only global chain hotel in Aktobe

Booked a double room for two with a colleague. The settlement went quickly. However, the room turned out to be very small in size. Ergonomics isn't great. The room had like a wardrobe, a tea station, slippers, a safe, all the soaps. Breakfast was served in the first floor restaurant. There were all the necessities - eggs, porridge, pastries. Nearby shopping mall, restaurant, nightclub .
Employees respond quickly. Quite friendly. I'm downgrading from outside the room area.

It was good to stay in this hotel- clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good as well

Great hotel!

Excellent hotel in Aktobe , stayed for 3 days on a work trip . Nice location close to the airport , nearby shopping mall kerouen . Beautiful city view , clean rooms .
I would like to mention the hotel team :administration ,front office ,hauskipping ,restaurant , chefs (Temyrlan ,Dilara ,Victoria ,Ekaterina ,Gulhan ,Svetalana all ) ready to help on any issue at any time .
A hearty variety of breakfast buffet! Everything was delicious, bergamot tea and pastries in the heart of it! There is a menu for lunch and dinners, everything is delicious especially frozen salad with veal!
Rakhmet for statehood IBIS!

Functional, clean, warm and welcoming

A convenient place with warm rooms and comfortable bed and good standards of cleanliness. Rooms were quiet and well maintained. Breakfast is served buffet style - personally I found it of limited appeal on the hot dishes side (messy, cool) but there is bread, yoghurt, salad, croissant and drinks too. The. Cafe also serves main meals in the evening and is good.

The first visit to Aktobe was a success.

Very stylish, clean hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They gave me a map of the city and explained everything. Free parking. Nearby is a shopping center, a park and a water park. The room has everything you need. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
