Excellent Experience

My state was excellent, everything was even better than expected, I highly recommend this hotel and all the experiences it provides. Especially thanx to Mr Tamerlan for his kindness and effectivity

Excellent 4-star hotel

I am constantly on business trips abroad and around Kazakhstan , and I am pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfort and comfort of this hotel. The room is not big, but it is very cozy, everything tasteful, new, everything thought out. Iron and ironing board in the hallway. Breakfast is great, varied. You feel cared for, you can see that the owner himself is making an effort with soul, lively well-kept plants, employees are pleasant and unobtrusive, the energy in the hotel is pleasant!

Warm and cozy on a busy winter day.

Cozy hotel for a work trip.
No SAP, simple breakfast. The shower room has a small bathtub with a curtain, the room is very small. But it’s clean and cozy.
Don't expect to wake you up. I asked the reception to wake me up in the morning, but they forgot. Luckily I woke up on time)
However, the staff is polite and helpful.

Give it a miss & stay at the Amsterdam Hotel!

I normally use the Amsterdam Hotel but unfortunately due to the lack of availability I had to stay at the Dastan.
Upon checking in I was not informed of the WiFi or breakfast arrangement which you would think is normal practice, but to find that this information was not even available in the room was very frustrating as I had to call back to reception to get such basic information.
To make things even worse, after 19 hours of travel there was no room service or the ability to get anything to eat or get a beer. This was discovered after trying to be understood by the staff who do not speak English.
Use the Amsterdam Hotel as the staff is friendly, they speak English and you can get food and drink!
