An employee you can't forget.
Because I'm introverted, it's hard for me to communicate, and when I checked in, I was very, very lucky to have a girl at reception. I was waiting for her to be free. She smiles and looks very kind. Very nice and talked to me like she didn't notice my social problems, and it relaxed me.
I'm so grateful to her. All I wanted to do was address her while I was staying at the hotel, but I never saw her again, and I forgot her name. Whoever will read this review, tell the nice and smiley girl whose name seems to be historically Kazakh, my human gratitude.
There would be such staff everywhere, and it would be easier for us introverts to live in this world.
Girl, thank you! I went through the hardest part of my hotel stay quietly. You were able to make me feel good about yourself, and I felt your concern and desire to help. Maybe you couldn't tell from me, but trust me, I appreciate everything and I understand everything.
Next time, if there is, of course, I'll look for you. I'll bring something to thank you.

Old world hotel. The team.is indifferent
1. Language a big problem at hotel. Most of the team members do not understand English. Some do not understand Russian also.
2. We were given a room at 4pm on 2nd, where airconditioner was not working. The technician came and said it's not working. Wonder why make such room ready for allocation.
3. Gave another room, you have to take your baggage down to front desk and then drag it back to new room. No assistance.
4. The hotel is under renovation, no signages any where, neither any mention in reservation.
5. Out of 8 only 5 elevators work. Two are for employees only. If you get in to that , the room card does not work.
6. Breakfast buffet is good.

Avoid this bar! Pure rip-off! They claim to offer European service but provide no services at all.

The staff were a bit indifferent and housekeeping was bare minimum.
