There is no breakfast, or even complimentary coffee or tea at the lobby for a quick grab. But they do have in the room.
room is old, but has everything, very nice room, we liked it very much.
But for Parking, we didn't like the idea of it was not free for the hotel guests since we were already staying there.
so that was terrible.
the pool is very small... not too exciting.
nothing else there, but liked the location, it was around the centre of the village, so everything was walking distance.

Worse hotel in Whistler

Avoid staying here at all cost. It is easily the worse hotels in Whistler that I stayed at - and I’ve stayed in hostels there! From the pile of garbage that greets you in the parking garage, to the dilapidated doors and hallways that
Lead to the front desk/ the entire way in just gets worse.
The front desk clerk was rude and appears as though they could care less about anything and especially you. I wrote them at check it and they have yet to respond.
The room is beyond terrible and we payed for the king and double twin. It has not been upgraded since maybe the 1980s? Broken light switches, rust and mold in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a tarp keeping rain out on the roof, I could go on and on. What is that smell in the hallway? To top it off - the beds have not been replaced in what I am guessing is more than ten years. There is literally a divot in the mattress where people sleep and springs to greet your back in the bottom. It is truly shocking how bad of an experience this was for an $800 per night room. I hope this review and pictures help our people in finding anywhere else to stay.

Our room was right above restaurant/ bar so it was a bit noisy. Staff were super friendly. Hotel was very clean.

For the price paid, this was completely underwhelming.
Had to pay for very expensive parking.
Good bed, horrible pillows.
Woke up to slamming dumpster outside our window more than once.
Asked front desk about a nearby restaurant and they didn't know much and didn't really try.
Showerv took 10-15 minutes to get hot at times, both morning and evening.
When you pay as much as they charge, you should get better.

Excellent stay! The staff were amazing and very accommodating throughout our visit. The location is perfect, right in Whistler Village, so it was easy to walk everywhere for food, shopping, and exploring. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d happily book here again!
