The location was excellent. Staff excellent. Clean. Good beds. Nice city view. The only small thing is the bathroom is in need of an upgrade. One cracked sink and a small old fashioned shower.

The room was clean, the bathroom is huge. Bath tub and shower enclosure is separate. The front desk staff can get undermanned sometimes, but waiting time is not too long. I had breakfast at the restaurant in the ground floor - Diva. The food is ok. Unfortunately, the service in the morning was quite slow.

There was a little problem with our room with two queen beds . They offered a king size with free parking and a late check out. Was a great location to walk to BC place . Also ate twice at the restaurants and food was good and awesome staff

Very personable and efficient front desk. Food in the Diva restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

Good hotel with wait times at breakfast

The hotel has a very good location and offers a good standard (4 out of 5).
Unfortunately, the wait times at breakfast are very long. The breakfast room is small and we had to wait about 20-30 minutes every morning until we were assigned a table. That is truly "wait to be seated". The service is very friendly and the quality of the breakfast is good to okay.
Unfortunately, the wait times at breakfast dampen the otherwise good overall impression.
