New good hotel with some initial difficulties.

First of all, the good, very friendly staff, the manager is fantastic (Raymond), David is also perfectly super friendly and very helpful; for this, 10 points should be awarded, 5 are not enough. The entire staff, with one exception, is very friendly.
We also noticed that people in Canada are generally very friendly, unlike in Germany; it is simply wonderful here, but the room service is not good or rather very poor. When we addressed this, the lady became rude, saying she had other things to do and we should not be so demanding (it was 7 PM in the evening, no towels, no bed made, bathroom not clean, and then to be insulted is completely unacceptable. Since the hotel is still new, I assume that the lady will be filtered out, so I did not deduct any points for this. Breakfast is okay for North America.

Honestly, I've stayed in so many different types of hotels all different budgets and stuff like that and I have to say that this is probably the best hotel I've stayed in throughout my whole adult life. The staff was friendly, the rooms are big and spacious and they even have real maple syrup for breakfast. Now that is very Canadian.

Staff were welcoming, room was clean, breakfast options were great. Only downfall was the air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud. Every time it kicked on it would wake everyone up, so we did not sleep good.

Excellent location and service

Amazing hotel. Great location. Went for medical at the hospital. The location was perfect and the hotel was clean and well maintained!

Pleasant stay at new Thunder Bay hotel

Very nice, new and modern hotel. Lovely breakfast area and good food. Everything was kept very clean. Our suite was roomy and comfortable. I really liked the walk-in shower. The location was ideal.
