Great hotel the room was clean, and freash, we got there around 12 and had to ring the bell a couple times before any staff came. This was alright. During check out we waited a while and rang the bell many times. Nobody came. We had an over all great experience at this hotel however, breakfast was great

Room floor was very dirty, even toe nail clippings at the end of the bed. Many hairs in the shower. Dresser drawers left dirty on the inside.
