The room is in an older house. Its not a large room but was perfect for us. Room and bathroom were clean. Great price for the location. Can walk to the Harbour and downtown in a couple minutes. There is a common living room and kitchen.

Pretty house, small room.

Room No. 4 is very cramped and small. The furnishings are a bit older, but everything is clean. A slight odor was in the air, but it was not very bothersome - with the window open, it was not even noticeable anymore.
The lounge downstairs is practical, where you can make tea, coffee, and toast you brought yourself. There is also a refrigerator. There is also a sofa area in the front where you can sit comfortably if your room is too small.
There is no staff on-site; contact is via email and phone. Unfortunately, the hot water heater broke on our last day, so we could not take a shower. Since we did not have a Canadian SIM card, we could not quickly contact the owners. After our complaint, they fairly gave us a refund, and the damage was likely repaired that same day.
The location is super in a very pretty street with historic houses, to which the guest house also belongs (jellybean row). From here, you can also easily walk to all the sights due to the central location.

there was nothing obviously bad about this property, although on my final night there were some teens partying in the neighbourhood, but that is of no fault of the hotel and they did calm down within a reasonable time. the rooms were clean and cozy, and with the location being right in downtown it was very convenient for what I was there for.

Checked into our room and figured our room was clean. Only exception is that there were a dirty pair of underwear and T-shirt on the floor. Made a pot of coffee in the morning and had a few cups. Coffee pot with old coffee sat there for 2 days. Garbage can was full and no room for the old coffee filter. Garbage can was also starting to stink. Also had the pleasure of waking up at 2:30 in the morning due to 5 Police cars and a Swat team outside the Guest house addressing a situation a few doors down. Other than that the location was good
