Only issue we had was the wall AC unit - quite noisy and blowing onto the bed - hard to keep a constant temp

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Hours after we checked out, they allowed us to use the lobby and washroom. Even my friend who came to visit me and wasn't even staying at the hotel had washroom access.
The rooms were clean and had a microwave, fridge, desk and a 2 seat dining table. A lot packed into a small space. I enjoyed reading the magazine on Sidney that was included in the room materials.
The breakfast room is small but the breakfast itself was satisfying.
We'd consider staying here again.

This hotel is in need of a major renovation. It does not look like the photos at all, and the price is way too high for what it is actually worth. The rooms are old, and smell very musty. The bathroom needs updating. The AC was extraordinarily loud. There were mice hanging out on our balcony. The bed was very uncomfortable, and springy.
The staff was friendly, however, they were not available 24-7 as the reception is closed overnight.

Overall nice place and I would stay there again and recommend to the people

The room was clean and big! We stayed with 1 year old kid and she was comfortable walking and playing in the room. We ended up not using a pack and play but they rented it to us for free which was nice too.
Only one thing we noticed was that the bathtub wasn't clean enough. Other than that everything was great at this hotel
