We arrived super late around 2am and Joe was there for us.
Despite some platform mistake which accidentally assigned us a wrong number of beds, Joe went out of his way to get us an extra one bed without extra charge.
Staff was very friendly as well. Price is one of the best in town.

Avoid at all costs

Cheap prices are not worth the nightmare. The rooms are completely unrenovated and scary filthy. To give you an idea of their hygiene standards: they literally air out their bed linen on top of parked cars outside (take a look at the pictures!).
To top it all off, the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all if you want to watch Netfix. I couldn't stay any longer and left early, but management completely refused to reimburse me for my remaining three nights despite multiple requests. Save your money and peace of mind—do not stay here.

Well, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a basic room with older furnishings and your goal is to keep your costs low, this may be the place for you. It was reasonably clean. The bedding was clean but very old. I had a single room. There was one very small, old towel and washcloth. The shower had hot water. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I asked to move rooms because the deadbolt didn't close properly. Staff moved me without complaint.

The room was so bad, we left and slept in our vehicle. In fairness, the one staff member was not in the office as he also was doing everything on the property, so we did not discuss this with him first. Truthfully, that was because no change could have fixed the issues to the point where'd we'd stay. We had 2 rooms, with a total of 4 beds, there were multiple stains on 3 of the 4 comforters, one set of dirty sheets, dirty floors, one of the 2 bathrooms was dirty with dirt and hair in tub. Renovations require some dust and dirt, but clean rooms and especially clean bedding is a must not matter how good of a deal was offered.
