clean rooms
no amenities - no gym - no pool - no breakfast lounge etc
construction noise
had to pay for parking - as guests of hotel it should be included as I rented out 3 rooms for 2 nites each

Very clean and newly renovated hotel. Close to restaurants and downtown area. Great location in and out of downtown.

the hotel was under construction and pool and hottubs were not available. lots of drill and air hammer noises starting 8am sharp to past 6pm

Probably a one off, they are doing renovations so I can’t through too much shade. I’ve stayed there before and had a nice experience. This time they are doing renovations on the front desk and what appears to be a couple of floors. You kinda walk through a bit of a maze to get to the front desk. The staff were kind and very polite but the noises from the construction woke us early in the morning and the pool and fitness centre weren’t available. My 10 year old was pretty upset because after a long trip, she was really looking forward to the pools and my wife needed a gym! They offered a free pass to the Y down the street- but I was a little hesitant to pop down to the Y in downtown Saskatoon. All in all, I had think the best with what they could do given the circumstances and I look forward to staying there again when they get it all fixed up.

The staff were amazing, the bikes you can borrow were wonderful. However there was no pool, no hot tub, no fitness room, no free parking (and a lot of vagrants in the area), and no free breakfast. There is such a security concern that the evening bellman wears a bullet proof vest.
