Fantastic experience. This was our first experience in a pet friendly room and it exceeded expectations. There wasn’t a weird smell to the room and it was just like staying in a regular room. Staff was amazing and very helpful. It was a great experience, we will be back

Unprofessional front desk

Very disappointing experience at Best Western Blairmore in Saskatoon. The front desk repeatedly processed my Mastercard incorrectly, which resulted in my card being blocked, and I had to spend a long time resolving the issue with my bank. I also found a comment made by an employee about my nationality to be inappropriate and offensive, and the manager was not helpful in resolving the situation. As a Diamond Member who stays at Best Western hotels across Canada, this was by far my worst experience. I did first step, made complaint, next step depending from result of investigation, if I don't like it will make statement against front desk in small court for compensation my time and stress that I've got from them.

Thank you for taking the time to review your check in process with others and giving us another opportunity to clarify our check in procedure.
At check in we ask for guests to enter their pin numbers to process the method of payment for thier stay. We understand guest's do forget this number as we have many numbers we need to memorize so we gave you the option to call your bank to reset the password. As this is your card we cannot call the bank on your behalf as we do not have access to your information and should not have access to your card.
We apologize this process did not go well for you at time of check in.

Great breakfast, rooms were clean and quiet. Kids loved the pool. Great neighborhood, can walk to a lot of amenities. The hotel looks brand new on the outside but needs some updates inside. Would stay again.

My first time staying here and I was concerned that it was out of the way and inconveniently located. However a quick zip up 22nd takes you downtown or just to the perimeter so very well situated for ease of access. Great friendly staff, also loved that there are two access doors, front and back, both with automatic doors and luggage carts. (Would be nice if there was a ramp at the back one but not a big deal.) Excellent value, two thumbs up.

The stay was very nice, continental breakfast was great. Unfortunately, the Ph level in the pool wasn’t right so we couldn’t use it but we were able to use the hot tub. So that was alright.
