Hotel Le Saint-Paul is located in a historic building in the centre of the Old Port of Québec. The Musée de la civilisation museum is just 10 minutes' walk away. Rooms are furnished with work desks and Keurig coffee machines.

Convenient to parking. Staff helpful. Rooms just adequate, but clean. Located at the bottom of Old Town, so Uber or Taxi up and walk down. It was an overall good experience for our party of 4 and we would stay there again.

Room for one night was decent. Had trouble getting the air working during the night so the room was a bit warm. It was working when we got there. Turned back on early in the morning. Thermostat was in the room, but we didn’t seem to control it.
Bed was a bit hard, but the room was clean.
Close to train which why we picked it for that night.

Fair.
We had a 3rd floor room, the king size bed was very comfortable. Aircondtioning worked well. Bathroom was clean. My only complaints are would be we didnt get our room cleaned and who ever was before us put the used coffee pods back in the countainer, we were not familar with that brand, our first thought was wow weak coffee. Then figured out what happen. We were ony there for 2 nights, but disappointed when we didnt come back to a cleaned room. The location was perfect though. The front desk apologized and gave me some coffee pods for our check out morning.

That being said, we sincerely apologize for the coffee pods that had been left in the room by the previous guest. Used coffee pods should never have been left behind, and we will follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again.
We are also sorry that your room was not refreshed during your stay. Unless the Do Not Disturb sign was displayed, your room should have been serviced as scheduled. We apologize that this was overlooked and will address the situation with our housekeeping team.

Parking was fair, had to park in another parking lot, which made it more challenging to walk to hotel with all luggage.

Great choice located close to train station
We had a king bed for 3 nights, it was very comfortable, and the rooms was well-equipped and generous in size. Bathroom had nice design and a large shower. The restaurant next door, off the elevator, was a great option for breakfast our first morning, with a nice atmosphere. This hotel also is great for being not in the middle of the tourist throngs. Strong recommend!
