Comfortable hotel conveniently located for biking and for cars. Easy parking. Helpful staff. Nice pool and indoor patio, especially for children. Hot tub was nice but could use some fixing as the jets did not work. Comfortable rooms. The toilet and bathroom sink in our room needed some work.

Lack of maintenance

The hotel really lacks love. I went there with my family in August 2026. I used to go there regularly before, so I chose this hotel knowing it was good the last few times.
But this year I notice that the hotel has
Need of maintenance.
I do not plan on returning.
Outdated bathroom, mold, hole in the door, falling ventilation grate, water-damaged ceiling, etc.

Room dirty and AC noisy

I was surprised when I saw the room, just like the rest of the Hotel, it needs a lot of love, and it shows.
Room very dusty, there were debris in many locations and the Air conditioning is so noisy that you could hardly ear the television.
The common areas seems to be ok.

The pool area needs updating cracks on paved stone and the handle of jacuzzi was broken as well as as inside the jacuzzi needed some paint. The coffee maker in the room needs an upgrade as well.
Very noisy air conditioner.

The noise from the A/C unit was terrible.
Would be nice to have vending machines in the lobby.
The shower unit was small, and I am not a large man.
The windows curtains hardware was broken; it was not possible to get the room completely dark.
Otherwise the room was ok.
