Amazing overnight after nearby wedding.

Let me start by saying that from the moment my wife and I walked into our room we were impressed. The place was spotless and immaculately clean. I've stayed in a lot of properties due to work and never have I seen one this clean. The location is great. Well located near a wedding venue we were at. Plenty of parking. Mamie Jackie was amazing to deal with, smiling all the time, and very accommodating. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was nothing short of awesome. It was included in the rate and let me tell you.. Mamie Jackie makes an incredible breakfast with large portions. They even have people who don't stay overnight at the property come eat breakfast and let me tell you.. They were busy! Great gem of a find and would love to go back!

PERFECT!

I was looking for a hotel in Montreal, everything was too expensive, so we found this lovely BB and just loved our decision of staying there.
The room was cozy and clean, the bed was amazing I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.
The food was perfect, the breakfast had 4 courses and I can not decide which one was better. All the people there were lovely and made me feel great!
Highly recomend.
It's not really far from Montreal so you can stay in the BB and enjoy Montreal during the day.

fabulous week-end

My husband and I saw the web site of this charming bed and breakfast and decided to book a week-end getaway...Best decision we've ever made! The welcome was warm and delightful, the food was incredible and our room was comfortable and romantic. I recommend this beautiful B&B wholeheartedly!!!!!

Haute Cuisine sur Richelieu

Jacques Fecteau the proud owner and Chef of the 'De par Chez Nous' gave us a warm friendly greeting on the front steps of his beautiful period gite at the side of the quiet Riviere Richelieu just south of Montreal. Our room at the back of the inn was large, airy and well appointed. After taking a walk round the village to check out the many 19th century wooden houses we were ready to eat, which was lucky as Jaques is a real gastronome and even offers offers cookery workshops on how to best prepare the local specialities.
Needless to say the meal was one of the best we had ever eaten, from both the cusine and the presentation. The guinea fowl I ordered, being one of his specialities, was truly memorable.
After a good nights sleep Jacques excelled himself again at breakfast, the fruit plate and croissants were so good that we unfortunately had no space left to try his crepes.
The only disappointment was that we only had time to stay one night! If you want a cosy inn less than an hour south of Montreal for an outstanding meal and a comfortable bed the 'De par Chez Nous' is a must!

Accueil chaleureux

J'y suis allée 3 fois déjà et j'y retourne cette année lors du Festival Chants de Vielles qui se déroule chaque année au coeur du village de St-Antoine. Le gîte en est près mais pas trop de sorte que l'on est pas dérangé la nuit. Les petits-déjeuners sont délicieux et n'ont rien de petit. Martine et Jackie font tout leur possible pour rendre le séjour de chacun agréable.
