Loved it

I wish they had this place in every city I plan to visit.
Great location. My son enjoyed the cheese croissant from the bakery next door each morning. Literally a few minutes walk to Parliment. 15 minute walk to gallery and byward market.
They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom signature with balcony and the balcony was quite large. A little street noise kept my son up one of the nights but he forgot how to turn up the volume on his noise machine. You can also book an inside facing room to avoid street noise. But he got a kick out of being on the balcony.
Beds were comfy. The living room is cute, but the furniture is a little stiff. Nice to have washer/dryer. I did use the treadmill in the fitness room. We also used the pool table one evening when there was a tornado watch.
Staff is polite and available but not in your way. Parking was much easier than I thought it would be. Entrance right next to hotel.
Visit the Cold War museum and take the 90 minute extended tour.
We will book again if we visit in the future.

Beautiful Modern Great Location !

Wonderful location. Helpful staff. Beautiful modern room lacking nothing . Would 100% stay here again. Clean and super deck area.

Amazing!

We had an amazing experience at the reStays hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had an amazing view of Ottawa. It was central and close to everything that we needed. When we checked in Sarman was very helpful and provided a tour of the hotel and parking for us. We highly recommend for travel to Ottawa.

Excellent place to stay

We were very happy we chose to stay here. The location is fantastic. The apartment was comfortable and really well equipped. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
