EXCEPTIONAL Hotel for an unforgettable getaway!!!

Our stay from July 1 to July 2, 2026, at the Germain Ottawa Hotel was simply exceptional. Rarely have we experienced a situation where every detail is thought out with such care, elegance, and kindness.
A huge thank you to Ms. Vanessa Paillé, the maître d'hôtel, to Mr. Nicolas, and to the entire wonderful team. Your professionalism, warm welcome, availability, and constant concern for the well-being of your guests have far exceeded all our expectations. Every little attention we received deeply touched us and made us feel truly privileged.
You do not just offer accommodation: you create unforgettable memories and a remarkable human experience. This is what distinguishes great establishments.
We recommend the Germain Ottawa Hotel without the slightest hesitation to anyone looking for high-end service, a refined atmosphere, and a passionate team that places the customer experience at the heart of all its actions.

An excellent hotel.
Clean, modern and centrally located.
Tea & coffee is available in rooms and in the lobby. Fruit too!
Breakfast is high quality and good value. The Jackson Cafe is excellent too, particularly the deli sandwiches.
Staff are very helpful. They organised a taxi at 3 am to take me to the airport.
Excellent location.

Five Star Rating

Le Germain is the go-to place in Ottawa. It is a sophisticated, quiet hotel with the best beds and rainshowers. We were given an upgraded room, and when the safe shorted out, were taken care of immediately. Special thanks to Christian and the valet service at the Front Desk for being so courteous and professional.

Excellence should be in the fine details

Beautiful room and lovely staff. However I shouldn’t be seeing mouldy grout in the shower of such a high end hotel. Breakfast was excellent in Norca but serving staff were completely overwhelmed by number of guests.

No complaints

Excellent property that offers everything a traveller needs.
Clean and bright room; comfortable bedding; hot shower, and a very good breakfast, reasonably priced. Additionally, all staff were very engaging, and they are a credit to the organization.
