Amazing experience in the woods
We stayed in the Teepee and it was a great stay! it had everything we needed and the two beds were comfortable. It had a little stove and a the necessary items to make coffee and other things. The outside was great, with a netted kiosk to eat and seating area with a firepit as well as the wood to get the fire going. The bathrooms in the common areas were clean as well as the showers. the staff were very helpful and professional. We had a great stay.

Fun and Whimsical Stay
My husband and I stayed in the Mongolien yurt for two nights. We had travelled to this region to do some cycling. The walk to our site was beautiful and only took 10 minutes or so. The yurt was clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed eating in the screened in dining area and loved our evenings by the camp fire. We happened to be there during a heat wave. When we arrived at the site in the late afternoon it was very hot in the yurt. There are no windows. The temperature dropped at night so we had a comfortable sleep. An unexpected highlight was swimming in Petit Nominingue lake. The lake is sandy and fairly shallow in most areas. Access to the lake is across the road from where guests park their car.
I can see these great accommodations being especially fun for families with children and teens!

Storybook Magic!
We just spent 3 perfectly magical nights in the Hobbit House. We were so impressed by the care, thought, imagination and attention to detail that went into every aspect of the house and the property. From the moment we arrived we were enchanted by the trails with such whimsical touches like faces on the trees, a bridge for elves and a path for adventurers! We then fell completely head over heels in love with our cosy, cheerful little cabin. Even though we knew there were other cabins and people nearby, the property is so well laid out that each accommodation has its privacy and it feels like you have the woods completely to yourself (making it easy to imagine oneself a fairy tale character). We spent two idyllic days cooking over an open fire (each cabin has its' own fire pit and the owners supply the firewood at a reasonable price of $5), taking peaceful walks and swimming when it was sunny and playing board games and listening to the pitter patter of drops on our roof when it rained. The owners strike just the right balance of taking care of guest needs (supplying extra water, carts for hauling equipment, firewood etc) while also giving them the space to feel self-sufficient and away from it all.
We just got back and we're already planning our next stay (next time, Treehouse!). We hope to make a stay at Toits Du Monde a yearly tradition <3

Forest life!
We stayed for three nights in the Hobbit eco-house. It was great to walk in the woods and swim daily in the TDM private beach on Petit Lac Nominingue. It was a magical place to slow down, light a fire, and be with the lakes and trees, hear birds, and come across deer and chipmunks! The house itself is super fun, and well equipped and easily accommodated a family of three. Once inside our bedroom spaces behind heavy curtains we slept deeply and our simple meals on the large central table felt quite ceremonial! Our hosts were attentive and took care of the necessities such as keeping our supply of water up. It’s a unique place and experience.

Calme et retour aux sources
Mon ami et moi avons sejourne dans la maison de Hobbit. La construction est parfaite et insolite. L'utilisation des resources (eau, electricite, gaz, bois) est optimisee pour ne rien gacher. On s'est sentis comme dans un cocon apres une journee de randonnee sous la neige. Le crepitement du bois nous a berce toute la soiree. Toutes les habitations sont tres bien espacees (invisibles les unes des autres) et le silence reigne dans cette enorme propriete boisee. Pour ne rien gacher, les proprietaires sont accueillants et souriants. Nous y retournerons assurement.
