Our view was amazing from room 1039. You can see the water falls from room, altough you can not see fireworks. The fireworks are right across the street, like a 0.2 mile walk if that. The restaurant attached was amazing . I would definitely stay here again

I was a bit disappointed that the description was misleading into thinking I was going to have the view of the falls, but instead I was placed in smaller building where my view was the parking lot. This smaller building also just has 1 elevator, so in peek moments you could be waiting several minutes to use.
For the price, there was no continental breakfast. Tv was outdated, could not connect to let's say YouTube or Netflix.
Also, it was a bit of a 15-20 min from all the tourist attractions. Would not be staying here again. Staff was friendly and was over clean though.

This was a mini-vacation for my wife and I so we booked a Fallsview Suite and it was awesome. The staff was great. We were very happy.

The property is very centrally located to the falls. Good customer service. Awesome shower. Very clean rooms.

I was really impressed with the service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean & cozy. Pillow & beds were very comfortable. You do not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or hallway. Our hotel maid made sure we had everything & went out and beyond to get what we needed. The best part of our stay, we were upgraded to have a view of the waterfalls. The one thing I would recommend is changing the sofa bed to a more cozy one so that guests don’t feel the springs. But overallI with all honesty I don’t have anything to complain, service was impeccable & that’s what makes it a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the staff!! We will stay here again no doubt 🙂
