The hotel has a cozy, analog vibe and feels very relaxing!

Almost perfect
A really lovely stay and rooms with falls views are spectacular. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the check-in. We booked a room for 3 people (one child). We were told we had to pay to get a rollout bed for our daughter and that a sofa bed was impossible. We got to our room and it had a sofa bed so we called reception and said we didn’t need the rollout bed as the room has a sofa bed and the receptionist argued with us that it didn’t have a sofa bed, despite us having pulled it out and the bed was made. The receptionist also argued with us that charging for a rollout bed was usual practice as Marriott hotels. We stayed at a Marriott in Toronto and they didn’t charge us for the rollout bed.
Otherwise a very good stay, a bit marred by the approach by reception staff.

We stayed for three nights in September 18-21st. The falls views were wonderful! It was the reason we chose this hotel along with the breakfast and onsite parking. We signed up for the breakfast each morning. There was a large selection of choices in the buffet along with cereals, pastries and fruit. The omelet station was great! The cook made our delicious and generously sized omelets in front of us. Our waitress on the weekend named Michelle was very welcoming, and efficient. We had our personal coffee pot right away. We took coffee to go as every table was given paper cups to take. What a nice touch.
The parking was convenient although expensive but so is everything in this area. The location near the end of road was nice. We could walk to the falls, Table Rock and the cruise boat docks. It's a bit long but we enjoyed this. The hotel offers their own tours of the falls etc. with a pick-up at the hotel and the WeeGo buses stop here too. The room was fine with two queen beds, a couch, a chair and round table to use by the window overlooking the falls. There was a bench, counter, TV, small frig, closet wirh some hangars, safe, and hair dryer. However, some stains were on the rug. They also didn't have the coffee packets in the room so we had to ask for it the next morning. The people out front and at the desk were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the bar or pool during our stay.
Overall, we liked staying here.It was expensive but a nice place to stay for a few days.

always a pleasure to stay at a marriot hotel but this one in particular has the best view of the falls especially at night

We really loved the view of the falls from our room, wish they weren’t washing windows at the time as it blocked some of our view but it does need to be done. Lots of things to do close by.
