Nice hotel, great breakfast. Only downside was that one of our rooms smelt of dogs and we had to request an extra clean.

Our room was on the 3 floor but to get to it we had to go up six stairs. We took the elevator to the 3 but then had to climb 6 stairs. Our suitcases were heavy and it was very difficult. There was also a huge green street light that flickered on and off into our room all night Even with the drapes pulled we could see it.

The staff are very welcoming. The room was clean and well-appointed with a small table below the tall window. The bathroom products were plentiful in containers attached to the wall of the shower and beside the sink, including hand/body lotion. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Even though our room faced the front of the road, traffic noise was not an issue. Our only criticism was that our room was on the main floor and unfortunately the clients above us were noisy, which we only discovered after we went to bed.

Had some noisy neighbours above, rooms not overly soundproof. The staff did what they could to make it right which was great.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. As guests we enjoyed breakfast (3 reduced price breakfast choices) in the attached Italian restaurant. Free parking was located directly across the street.
