This was a stay for a medical appointment, the room was clean and tidy the staff were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was ideal as it was close to the hospital and the clinic.

Would let us stay cause of our address. House was in the middle of renovation so we decided to hotel it for a night but the said they can rent to people with the same city address

I like the Super 8 Motels for their breakfasts and their pools. they are usually well maintained and clean. I had to move from the second floor to the ground floor as a friend sharing my room could not do stairs. There was no elevator and the stairs were too narrow and too steep. We moved to a ground floor smoking room as that is all there was. I immediately went to the dollar store for air freshener. the carpet in the room was so old and smelled bad to begin with, There was no pool or hot tub. The towels were old and felt like drying with sand paper. I will continue to stay at Super 8's but not tihis one.

Will never stay at a Super 8 again.

Phoned the number on the Super 8 Lethbridge website. The only option I had was to go through AI to make my reservation. Booked 1 room, 2 adults and 2 dogs. Checked in to hotel was given room 315 which is in one of the out buildings. The room was disgusting, the furnishings looked like they were the original and the room reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The attendant moved us to room 214, he said it was their "Emergency Room." He said the air conditioning was broken but he could bring us up a fan. When he brought up the fan he seen we had 2 dogs. He asked if they were registered, I told him I did that when I made the reservation. Shortly after that we received a phone call saying are dogs weren't registered and if we didn't leave they would charge us $400.00 to clean the room. They said they had no pet friendly rooms available. I asked about a refund and he told me I had to go through WYNDHAM because I made the reservation through WYNDHAM - even though I phoned the number on the Super 8 Lethbridge website. A little while later they called to see if we wanted the original room, 315, which they had already said was a non pet friendly room. While my husband was taking our dogs and luggage to our vehicle I was trying to get a hold of WYNDHAM. The attendants locked our key cards while my husband was taking our things down. I got a hold of WYNDHAM which was AI. I was given a case number and was told a humanist would contact me by email. Two weeks later I haven't heard anything from WYNDHAM. My credit card was charged $160.13. I will never stay at another Super 8 again and do not recommend this hotel.

Price was good, and you get what you pay for. Old hotel with that musty old hotel smell, but the bed was clean, wich is #1 most important. The stay was fine. One of the lights didn't work and it would probably take a computer science degree to make the TV work. Typical old hotel with wall paper pealing off the wall, but the room was comfortable and sufficient for my needs. The included breakfast was satisfying.
