The hotel is very nice clean staff is amazing unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working which was a bummer but the water slides and pool were pretty fun will stay here from now on

First the reception staff were excellent on check-in and with answering questions over the weekend. The room (with a separate bedroom for kids) was ideal and very clean. We left early on Sat morning for a tour so the room was a mess, when we got back Man Ji Lee had done an amazing job, it was spotless and all used towels replaced! Facilities for families is best in town, Great weekend!

Team Booking

We booked as a team for 20 rooms this past week for Alberta Soccer Provincials. We were happy with the services we received. The kids enjoyed the waterpark and the hot breakfast in the morning was good. Allen in group bookings was phenomenal to deal with. If we were to be in Lethbridge again this will be where we stay. Lots of options for food in the area as well.

The whole hotel needs a major upgrade. The rooms were clean but there were stains on the rugs, on the couch cushions, on the walls, in the hallways -the curtains were very old and dirty. The pool is amazing and really the only thing good out this very outdated hotel. We will probably need to find another place in the future unless some major changes occur.

Stopover

There's hiccups here and there but overall, it was a good stay. Price is good too for a family
