The facility was great but showing its age . I’m sure when this was new it was top of the line. Our room was nice but we had to have the carpet vacuumed. I was surprised that a cleaning lady in the room next to ours refused to vacuum it . I had to call the front desk . Got it done eventually. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious . Breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel . The hotel can use some updates and it would be immaculate again . I hope they do spend some money and get it back to glory . Overall we were very satisfied.

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, good location near light rail, many shps and restaurants nearby. Choice of free breakfast or parking. Facilities like gym, pool, and entertainment like bowling and game machines. AC a bit noisy.

Nice hotel, clean and very well maintained, location is great, close to many great restaurants (walking distance) in downtown Kitchener.

good staff, clean room and parking. parking was tight and brakfast not included. these could be made better

Hotel room was very dated. Shower water pressure and temperature were extremely bad as it changes when you turn on and off sink faucet. Bathroom is small so door bangs into person using the sink. Staff was good overall. Would not stay there again.
