The finishing of this apartment is above average. The owner maintains it at top condition. The cooking wok and pot are a bit worn out and should be replaced. Other than that everything good.

I would like to start by saying how amazing our stay at the season at blue was. We are a repeat guest as we come there 4-5 times a year. But this time our stay was just perfect all because of Chantale She greeted us with kindness and pleasant way she handled everything. CHANTALE PARADE ALDANA was so helpful and went out of her way to make our stay absolutely perfect. I really appreciate the hospitality she offfered us. Thank you for all

Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the other manager KATLYN. She was opposite of everything a manager should be. She had no smile on her face and a very aggressive attitude. She definitely should not be greeting people at all.

Don't rent from stayatbluemountain chalets

My family and i stayed at 106 birch view trail for 3 nights. For $668/day. Plus $150 cleaning fee and $350 for service fee along with $150 for sheets for all the beds. Which we declined and brought our own.You would think that at least the beds would be comfortable. The beds were hard like box springs and everyone of us had an aching body after our 1st night. I don't think whomever does the cleaning actually used soap because we had to re-wash the silverware and cups. But more annoying is that we pay a service fee of $350 to stayatbluemountain and when it came time for us to get help resolving an issue with our damage deposit. They all (israel, luke and i think the girls name was michelle). They pretty much kept saying we'll get back to you when we talk to my manager. Its been 2 weeks since we checked out. We had to send an etransfer for $1500 damage deposit 3 days before check in. So now when we call or email asking when are they going to refund our $1,500 damage deposit we keep getting the runaround. It doesn't take 2 weeks to do a walk through. The place definitely is not worth the daily rate. I would never recommend staying at this particular chalet. We've stayed at the Mosaic located in the village at least 4 times. And i give that place 5 stars easily. That place is alot more comfortable than the chalet.

Chateau Ridge Slope side Residence

Stayed here for an overnighter - decent acommodation. Great in winter time as you can ski down to your back door. Nice fireplace with big screen TV inside. We had the 2 bedroom units. Lots of room to spread out in. Its a bit of a walk to the village, maybe 10 minutes - so make sure you take this into consideration. We drove to the village and parked there and then walked around. But its a nice walk along the bottom of the hill if you are so inclined. There are steps leading into the units with narrow doorways - not good for wheelchair.

Summer vacation at North Creek resort

We hoped to find the place clean under Covid-19 situation, it wasn’t the case. We had to clean the dust accumulated who knows how long, the floor and kitchen appliances also dirty.... I don’t recommend it
