Terrible Customer service

We booked a room at this hotel, but when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. We called the number we had, and they told us to go to the third floor and knock on room 301 to get the key from someone named Branden.
We carried our luggage up three floors, but no one opened the door. Then we called the number listed for the hotel on Google and spoke to a woman named Ivy. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told us that it was not her problem, that she was 8 hours away from the hotel and could not help us, and even said that if we booked a cheap room, we should go book a more expensive one instead.
This was especially upsetting because I am four months pregnant, and we had just driven 14 hours from Vancouver and urgently needed a room to rest.
This was the worst customer service I have experienced in Canada. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

. Dirty, dirty, dirty !! Do not stay here!! The worst hotel I have ever been at, I felt like I was at an hourly rate Dirty, dirty, dirty !! Do not stay here!! The worst hotel I have ever been at, I felt like I was at an hourly rate sleaze place or a homeless shelter place. The dirtiest hotel you will ever see with Broken glass doors at entrance, Filthy rooms that are not cleaned and just recycled, The sheets even looked like they just flipped it over on the bottom and left the top dirty, The bathroom is filthy with no soap or shampoo in the shower And a tiny bar of soap on a dish that was never cleaned from the last person or 10. Zero stars if I could possibly rate it such!!! sleaze place or a homeless shelter place. I had booked 2 rooms for 5 days. No bedding was changed or towels in the 5 days being there. My shower did not work and toilet wouldn't flush. My fridge was so dirty I couldn't put any food in it. On top of that they did not remove my garbage. There was no cable which is ok but there was suppose to be internet which only worked for one night. It was suppose to be smoke free building when all you can smell was cigarettes and weed. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone.

No one in the lobby. You had to call a phone number to get assistance for check-in. When we did that the gentleman was quite busy so we said we would go and have some dinner and then come back. Came back in an hour and there was a text message from him that the door to the room was propped open and the key was on the bed. Went into the room sheets were clean bed was clean, but the rest of the room really needed some work inside the microwave was very greasy. The fridge wasn’t plugged in. The whole room was just in need of a really good cleaning. It also needs a good update the curtains and the bedding, although clean were ancient and the inside of the window was absolutely filthy. We declined to shower in the tub because it was not very clean and the bathroom sink also needed some work. We will not stay there again nor would we recommend it. The young man who was in charge of the phone calls and leaving the key was pleasant. We text him later to please bring some extra pillows and a remote for the TV which he did so with a smile. The Room advertises cable and there is no cable in the room be aware if that’s important to you. We won’t stay there again, but it’s served its purpose.

They could provide bathing soap to their customers in the very least, and oh yes, hot water would go a long way too.
