The only thing we weren’t happy with is that they lock the door to the hot tub before closing time. Not cool when people race back to have 15 mins of hot tub time before it closes, and they’ve already shut it down. I looked around to see if the rules explicitly state that they close the tub to new soakers at a certain time but there is nothing. Seems to me the employees just wanted to deal with earlier so they could leave earlier.

Apartment in middle of center

Perfect location in the middle of Banff
The app was on the small side
Max three people who could sit oo a sofa
A fourth person has a dining table chair
The app was not super clean and the disturbing thing is that a deposit of 500 can $ after 12 days is still not released
Furthermore, the reception asks in an email to share everything with them first before placing on the site of booking
This does not seem to me to be correct.

We are a family traveling with a teenager and specific dietary needs so the 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect for us! We had more than enough space with beautiful accommodations, views, and so much convenience! Everything was top notch about our staff from the actual space, amenities, staff and housekeeping A++

Short family stay at Banff

We stayed 2 nights with 4 adults in 2-bedroom suites. The apartment is clean and has everything that makes for a comfortable stay. We didn’t cook dinner, but if we did, the kitchen has everything we need. The location is prime: downtown and within walking distance of a grocery store, bus shuttles, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside is that parking is not included. You have to figure out between free street parking overnight, train station parking (9 hours free), the parking garage next door, mall parking ($60 for a day), and convenience. Daytime street parking costs $12 per hour. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful in orienting you in Banff and advising on parking logistics.

We’ll be back!

We enjoyed the place very much. Centrally located to town, clean rooms and spacious with full kitchen, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
