Open Air Bar with Live Music

The Marhaba is my favorite location to go out in Ngaoundéré. Centrally located, the open air bar is situated in a quiet courtyard. There is live music almost every night. Prices are ok. Service is ok. The atmosphere is great.
I have not been to the hotel.

The location is very good the receptionist at the counter have no experience dealing with customers, and they are not aware of online booking, I spent 20 minutes at the counter until the intervention of the management before I can get my room, but I think in the mean time they can be ok

Clean and Tidy

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Aside from a pile of mothballs that had inexplicably been left in the bathroom sink, the bathroom was clean and the shower was eventually warm after running for about 4 minutes. The wifi is quite unreliable - I had to sit in the lobby to have any connection.
The hotel restaurant has a wide selection, but one would never call the service fast. Prepare for meal delivery to take at least 40 minutes (even for an omelette sandwich).

Le personnel est exécrable. On dirait qu'ils sont là pour eux pas pour le client. On a passé les fêtes de fin d'année sans eau courante, durant 3 jours d'affilés. Au restaurant, le personnel est assis à visionner.
