Group experience

Hotel out of time. Clean. Friendliness of all staff. We are in the care with happiness. Average breakfast. Very good dinner. Nice swimming pool. Beautiful gardens. Appreciable air conditioning.

Good atmosphere, but a bit of tolerance is needed.

The photos are quite retouched; in reality, everything is more worn out, especially the bathroom in our room, which felt like it was from the 1970s. We had booked with breakfast and experienced the next morning that when we asked for coffee or orange juice, we were looked at with big, helpless, but very kind eyes, and neither was available. Overall, the staff was charming, although hopelessly overwhelmed. We had the impression that they were all student interns. Regardless, they were all very eager and incredibly friendly, which made a significant difference, so I do not want to rate the hotel poorly. The (outdoor) facilities are also quite nice; one can enjoy just lounging in a chair.

Wonderful and Memorable Experience

I recently stayed at The Sanctuary Residence with my full family during our trip to Siem Reap, and it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience.
The hotel provided everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that helped us relax after visiting the temples. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.
We especially enjoyed the swimming pool—clean, refreshing, and a great place for our family to relax together. The bar was also a great spot to enjoy drinks and unwind in a calm environment.
One of the highlights for us was the beautiful garden. It is well‑maintained, quiet, and full of greenery. It creates a relaxing natural atmosphere where we could sit, talk, and enjoy peaceful family moments. It really added a special feeling to our stay.
Overall, The Sanctuary Residence made our trip to Siem Reap truly enjoyable. It is comfortable, peaceful, family‑friendly, and offers great facilities like the pool, bar, and garden.
I highly recommend The Sanctuary Residence to any traveler visiting Siem Reap. We will definitely come back again!

Amazing Boutique Hotel

I stayed at the Sanctuary Residence on a business trip to attend a conference that was being held at their property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered a good variety of food. The room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the rest areas on the property, which included an adult swing. This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

A nice place to stay

The staff is very attentive and the service is great. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was delicious. The pool is clean and nice. We also got bathrobes and towels for the pool at the hotel. Because of the hot weather the water in the pool was comfortably warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We got all the hygienic essentials in the rooms. At the checkout we even got a farewell gift.
