The best hotel in Siem Reab

I stayed at Champey Villa on 15 Feb 2020, i enjoyed my recent stay at Champey Villa ,overall the hotel was clean,spacious,big room,quiet place,lovely pool,comfortable, and had great amenities,the food was delicious,only 13 minute walk to downtown and pup street, all rooms sold out on that days, the manager Rithy is honest,He greeted everyone with a smile and ensured all guests he interacted will got what they needed. Recommended !

BAD EXPERIENCE

As my bad experience at this bad hotel provided by an old man who is a receptionist at here. he said in impolite worlds then did not accept my booking thought online. He said their selling is higher than the rate who I reserved thought online. I do not recommend this property.

Bad Experience with this villa

I was reserved a room through booking.com, while I reached there one old man said the rate selling is higher than the price that i reserved through online. While i talk to him why you not accept my booking? then he said his boss not allowed to sell lower than that price. I Talk to him to fine solution but he still reject my booking then pushed me out. As i get a bad experience with this bad service. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Very good Value for money

Very good location ,local restaurants around this hotel with the cheap price, comfortable,good sleep, walk only 10min to downtown Siem Reab , room very clean,hygiene, very good value for money,friendly receptionist, the owner who is very helpful and honest.

Amazing!

Super nice place,value for money is very good, owner is very helpful, honest, he was the best friendly,very convenient,good location,excellent customer service,very comfortable bed,great restaurant, the nice pool,completely enjoyable,we had the best stay here.Can really recommend this nice Hotel.
