NICE since 2004
Location: In the heart of Phnom Penh and near Olympic Stadium, a place for swimming and Olympic Market where you can buy clothes for favorable prices. Sights such as the Royal Palace, the National Museum, Wat Phnom and others as well the River Front Boulevard are within walking distance of about 30 minutes. Near by is Capitol Tours located where they have buses to ever destination in Cambodia as well to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The next ATM is at a walking distance of 10 Minutes.
Dining: 1 Minute to Capitol Restaurant with good and favorable local and some western food. Just oposit the Dragon Restaurant with good and favorable western and local dishes. Near by a local coffee shop and a vietnamese restaurant. Pizza Company is on 5 minutes walking distance. There are alot of food stalls, small restaurants and mini markets at the streets around. Drinks you also can buy at hotel as well you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner to your room.
Nightlife: One of the most famous nightlife areas with night clubs like "Heart of Darkness" and "Pontoon" are to reach within 15 minutes walking. The distance to the bars at River Front Boulevard is about 30 minutes walking.
Cleanliness and Security: It is one of the safest and cleanest guest houses in Cambodia I ever stayed. Room will be cleaned every day on request and the staff always busy from morning until evening to clean every thing and place at the guest house. The front dor is closed at night time and will be open by the security just for costumers on ring. This are not changed since my first stay there in 2004.
Staff and Hospitality. All the staff included manager are very friendly and helpful all the time. Just need to ask if anything is needed or any problem and the help you quickly and efficiently.
Rooms and Equipment: All rooms have available Aircon, WLAN, King Size Beds, Table and Chairs, TV, Fridge, Wardrobe and Clothes Rack. Bathrooms are with hot shower. Downstairs behin the lobby are safty boxes available which are under costumers control by their own padlock.
Cost and Conclusion: Rooms are available start from 10 USD per night. I would like to recommend the NICE Guest House for who travel with small budget but care about a good standard. I stay always this place when I am in Phnom Penh even I am not so much care about my budget and this since 2004.

Only for ...
1- they saw me and the price went up.
2- Then they put me on the 3th floor in the back last room.
3- The fan was broken after complain I got another broken fan.
4- They cut of the light of my room, only my room. The light in the hall and other rooms were still on and the man who did it was not to find anywhere.
5- When I went down stairs the receptionist was already waiting with the money in his hand me to leave.

Good price, personel, beautiful rooms
Very nice guest house for quite good price, rooms are modern and beautiful, all the guys on reception are very friendly and helpful. Only little negative is location, which isn´t in the very touristic center of Phnom Penh, but if you don´t mind to walk about 1km, you will be very happy here...

The Best in its Price Range
This guesthouse is very clean, air-con in many rooms along with a fridge, clean good quality en-suites. The staff are very professional which is hard to find in guesthouses in Phnom Penh in this price range.
I have staid here 3 times and will stay again, it really is the best guesthouse in its price range.

Still Good Value
Very well located near Olympic market, Central Market and Monivong. Short distance from independence monument. 3 floors of A/C rooms, en suite with hot water, TV, fridge, very clean well worth the $11. Good base for short trips to Phnom Penh, everywhere is just a short trip away. Friendly staff and secure building with free Wifi.
