Great hotel
Great hotel—clean, comfortable, and wonderful overall. The receptionist was kind, respectful, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Very Disappointing Experience
Extremely disappointing experience at Bristol Hotel Amman. The way they treated people was unacceptable and far from professional. Poor attitude, poor service, and absolutely no sense of proper hospitality. Definitely not the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. I would not recommend it.

Comfortable, well located, very friendly--new Amman favorite!
My first stay here, will definitely return! Older, well-maintained property. In Amman for business; 2x a year 2+ weeks at a time for past 5 years (so I've seen a few hotels....). Great location in 5th circle convenient to working sites. Kind & highly courteous to me as solo western woman traveler-- very comfortable. Pleasant walkable neighborhood day or night with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is July, but the windows in my room open and the breeze means I don't need the AC. No sound gets into my room despite being right across from the elevator.
Room very comfortable --sheets are wonderfully soft, bed is a welcome respite every night. Breakfast buffet has made to order egg/omelette station. All staff are very personable to interact with -- Tahar and Farah are my favorites.

Interesting and calm
Very well-maintained hotel with excellent service; breakfasts are served in the indoor pool and are of excellent quantity and quality.
Rooms are very good, but they smell like tobacco. Very easy to get to the center by taxi for 3 JOD.

Check other options if your budget or package allows
The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. The window though had an opening and you could feel the air coming through which was not very pleasant when it is 8°Celsius outside. The tv did not have Netflix or any channels in English except 1 or 2 news channels. It is not a 5 star to European standards. The photo you see of the pool is the restaurant and not for swimming. Most of the staff did not speak English and unlike other hotels we stayed at it was difficult to get a smile out of most of the staff. Didn’t feel very welcomed.
