Alkaline springs that exceed expectations
There seem to be a number of long-established inns and restaurants heading towards the mountain, but the hot spring is next to the car park at the bottom, and the source is apparently just behind, but since it was just a day trip I didn't see what else there was.

食事は最悪
高台にあるので，景色がすばらしい。
黄砂・PM2.5 がなければ，窓を開けて外を眺めたいところだ。
古い施設という意見は間違いだ。
ヨーロッパなんか，築100年以上の建物だらけだ。
ここは，築半分にも満たないし，改装もされている。
温泉は，ヌルヌルして，温度管理もいい。
１人１泊２食 ¥10000 あまり，旅行支援ならもっと安くなる。
しかし，料理がいただけない。
夕食も，朝食も，出来合いの品が多い。
全般に塩辛すぎたり，あまり味がついてなかったりする。
出汁以前の問題だ。
湯快リゾート最安値の宿 (恵那峡) 並だ。
要するに，食事は，お値段なりということだ。
貧乏日本。
これでも，たくさんの客が喜んでいる。
地元の人たちには人気の，公共の宿。
接客や，館内の飾り付けについても，公共施設らしく，手間ひまも，金も，かけられてない。

泉質抜群の温泉だが、食事に努力が足りない保養センター
和室に宿泊したが、１階だったため、景色は期待できなかった。
設備、備品等、細かいところにまで配慮しており、好感が持てた。
ソフトドリンクは、無料で、チェックアウトまで利用可であった。
大浴場は、宿泊客専用で、泉質は、とろとろで無色無臭のアルカリ泉で、気持ちが良い温泉であった。しかも夜通し入浴可は、素晴らしい対応。サウナは無い。
夕食は、会場にて喫食するが、内容は、どこにでもあるような料理で、昔の国民宿舎レベル。茶碗蒸しのだしも効いていないし、刺身もスーパーで買ってきたレベルのもの。
湯上り場所に、アイスやヤクルトを置いたり、配慮の後が見られるものの、肝心の夕食が不満であった。
朝食は、バイキングで、それなりのおかずが並んでいたが、ごく普通のレベルであった。
夜食に、カップラーメンを配布等、努力は認めるものの、まずは、夕食のレベルを上げてほしい。
