Great convenience, staff, location, and value
This stay was one of the best we’ve had in Tokyo. While our arrival at Monday Apart Nihonbashi (non-premium) required a 20-minute walk after a long trip (totally my fault), the rest of the experience was outstanding.
The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English well, which made communication easy. Our Superior Family Room was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the convenient bunk beds, especially the upper bed with its reading light. The main bed had a high-quality mattress with just the right firmness.
The room itself was super functional: in addition to the beds, it included a well-equipped kitchen with two stoves, a set of three pans, two sharp knives, a fridge -+ freezer, a microwave, and a Balmuda toaster oven. Being able to cook fresh vegetables on demand is great in Japan. The washing machine and dryer were also a game-changer, making it so easy to stay for an extended period.
The location was fantastic, with quick access to most of the city via the G, Z, and H lines, as well as the JO line in the same block. This made it convenient to explore Tokyo and beyond. Several convenient stores around and a small supermarket at 4 minutes walk away make it easy tu get supply. Nihonbashi and Tokyo Station were within walking distance, offering great options for shopping, dining (including bakeries for breakfast), relaxation, and traveling.
Overall, this was our best stay in Tokyo so far.

Excellent experience! Love the kind staffs here. You can tell this is the most secure place to live, every room has its own password. Transportation is easy here Ginza line, JC chuo line, JK line are all around here. We had a great sleep quality here, it's quiet and peaceful. Perfect experience
The room is spacious for one person, and a desk and chair are provided. The bathroom and toilet are separate wet and dry areas, and the washing machine has a drying function. Both short-term and long-term stays are good options. The waiter is very friendly

It was a wonderful experience; the staff were very friendly and respectful. The facilities were clean, tidy, and welcoming—a great place to rest after long days of walking. Excellent location, close to the train station, restaurants, and department stores. I highly recommend it.
