Not a great stay, was expecting more
It is about a 10-12 minute walk away from the nearest train stations, with the major ones being either Tokyo Station or Nihonbashi Station.
This is a typical “business hotel” where the rooms are small and there are no luxury amenities offered, as they are suited for people who stay for a night or two for business.
Pros:
Reliable WIFI
Relatively clean room
Mini Fridge provided
Electric bidet in bathroom
Quiet room and was able to sleep relatively well
Coin laundry located on 2nd floor
2 vending machines located on first floor
Umbrellas available for use
Cons:
Small room – this was expected. You’ll need to get creative in maximizing the space, especially if you have a large suitcase. No closet.
The water drained very slowly in the sink and tub where water would start building up whenever I brushed teeth or showered. I informed the front desk and they said they will check it out, but it was never fixed.
Same breakfast bento offered every morning – small and gets tiresome after first day. No coffee available. There is a café across the street that offers toast and coffee. Yayoi is another option and offers excellent Japanese style breakfast but no coffee, 7 minute walk away.
Not a great location as everything is about a 7-10 minute walk away, including convenience stores. Not much going on in the surrounding area.
Check-in is at 3pm and even if room is ready, they will not let you check in before that time. They will hold your luggage for you though.
Check-out is at 10am but you can request late check out for 1,000 yen additional fee.
I was forced to stay here as my company booked it for me, but if I had a choice I would choose a different place to stay next time. Some place close to the station and offers a full breakfast buffet.

Pretty tight room too but there were 4 of us. I imagine this is more suited for solo traveling or duo traveling
